Traditionally, it has been the Realtor’s job to find a Buyer for your home. The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is their primary tool to enlist the assistance of other Realtors to bring you a Buyer.
That strategy worked well when it was a Seller’s market. But today Sellers greatly outnumber Buyers. It is just not enough to “list and wait” anymore. If you want to get your house sold fast in this market, you need a new selling strategy to bring attention to your home.
Realtors do not have the time or money to mount an intensive marketing campaign for your home. They probably have dozens of others to look after – you have just one. By applying these home marketing techniques, you can assist your Realtor in selling your home. Or, the same marketing blueprint will help you sell your home yourself if you want to go “For Sale By Owner”
A Buyer can be found for your house or condo in less than 21 days. These techniques can be employed whether or not you plan to use a Realtor.
