Helping You to Quit Smoking Now and Stop Drinking

As in all other articles, I am really dedicated to my work and it really matters to me if you can quit smoking now, as this is my advocacy.

First things first, throw that stick and keep all materials that would remind you of smoking. Join some social groups, just make sure they do not allow smoking or groups that are also against smoking. This will allow you to forget the urge. Exercise and have something to eat, a gum is advisable, regardless if it is sugar free or not. After 7 days, you will reap the rewards for not smoking.

And while you are at it, why not consider to stop drinking as these two vices are almost always like twins. So better stay away from bars and avoid people who also go for drinking binge. With this, it is like hitting two birds with one stone, don’t you think?
