How can I Stop Smoking?
To really stop smoking, one must be prepared beforehand, he or she must have the mental preparation before going into this journey. As we all know, quitting might be very difficult in the first of the 7 days. Normally the urge is greater during the first 3 days, then it will wain eventually, but do not let your guard down, as some people will quickly return to the habit after they thought they have succeeded. Thus, It would be best to undergo some help from the expert. And if you really want to stop, then quit smoking now, and do not think about it anymore. Whenever the urge is their, do something to keep your mind from thinking about smoking again. Having something chewable, like a gum might be a big help too.
