Loss of hair in women: what are the sources?
Here is a trivia: about 30 million females in the United states alone are recognized to suffer from hair loss, and the number proceeds to grow. Women are faced with the unfortunate fact that hair loss can take place anytime. This fact is met with great anxiety because they value their hair greater than men do – it completes their appearance and lets them be fashionable. The hair of female celebrities and Hollywood stars define their personal style. Here are a number of reasons for female hair loss:
DHT interrupts the growth cycle. Hair is likely to grow a half inch each month but when DHT settles in, the follicles begin to shrink. Much of the follicles sooner or later die, while others are rendered incapable of generating or sustaining healthy hair growth.
Hormonal problems in females result in hair loss. Polycystic ovary syndrome belongs to the most typical medical conditions that develop alopecia problems in women. Thyroid ailments, anemia, even chronic sickness or the use of specific medicinal drugs may also result in hair loss in women.
