Outsourcing on a large scale and for big software companies would be of much strategic importance as The Prez says he will try to stop all outsourcing to countries like India and China in order to create more jobs in US but the questions is how far can curb on this. Perhaps you can check on this when it comes to large scale business and software development etc by giving them home based companies tax exemption and incentives etc but when it comes personal tasks outsourcing, is this going to work at all? Never.
