This allergy is not just a gastro intestinal disorder but can also give rise to some serious problems like neurological problems like neuropathy, migraine head aches, disabilities in learning and hypotonia. Diagnosis of gluten allergy
One can diagnose the gluten allergy by just detecting the above signs and symptoms but sometimes it becomes quite a daunting task as the other allergies have few of these symptoms too. In order to diagnose the allergy, there are a few scientific methods like electrodermal screening and endoscopy. Even the blood test can be employed for the determination of the presence of gluten allergy.
The endothermal screening which is based on the Chinese medicine can be used for measuring the meridian energy flow through different parts of the body and then detect the sensitivities.
The endoscopy technique is where a thin plastic tube that contains imaging devices is inserted into small images of the intestine are generated to check for the damages caused due to the gluten allergy. Once the tube enters into the gastro intestinal tract the images are generated.

The best method of preventing gluten allergy is the elimination of the gluten based foods and stick to healthier foods like plain vegetables, plain salads, rice, fruits, etc. There is also medication for treating gluten allergy which is not supposed to be administered without the consultation of doctors.
